Monastery is a small, one woman design business. Thus, I cannot provide refunds due to a change of mind.
However, if you find the item you have purchased is the incorrect size, I will endeavour to provide you with a replacement. As each piece is handmade, it may not be possible to replace your item with the identical piece. If it is not possible, I will be happy to exchange your piece for another product.
Monastery will provide a replacement for incorrect sizing under the following conditions:
A request for a replacement based on incorrect size must be made within 7 days of purchase;
The request must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Your item must be undamaged, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Please note that return shipping will be at your expense.
Bespoke or customised items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
Faulty items will be refunded (or exchanged upon request).
Prices do not include delivery fee. Please note that once a package is shipped the buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes etc. Monastery is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.
